August 2019: I am competing in Worlds Masters Weightlifting Championships in Montreal.
September 14-15, 2019: I am speaking at the Evolve Canadian Strength Symposium, in Edmonton. The speaker lineup is incredible, and includes Bryan Krahn, Dean Somerset, Greg Nuckols, Lee Boyce, Leigh Peele, Marc Morris, Meghan Callaway, EJ Parris, Carolyn MacDonald, and yours truly.
